Our printed folders are available with a number of additional features:
Gussets
You can specify if you want your printed presentation folders to be gusseted or non-gusseted. The gusset acts as the spine of the presentation folder—created by a pair of creases placed a few millimeters apart, it gives the folder an increased capacity. Non-gusseted folders are perfect for storing the equivalent of 10 sheets of 80gsm paper. If you opt for a gusset, a 2mm gusseted folder is able to hold to the equivalent of 20 sheets of 80gsm paper and a 4mm gusseted folder can hold anything up to 40 sheets.
Lamination
All printed presentation folder designs can be laminated either with gloss or matt laminate, which can be applied to one or to both sides. If you want something a little special we get apply spot UV varnish, a gloss coating placed over specific elements of the design. Common applications of spot UV varnish include over the logo, the company name or featured products to make them stand out, giving a professional look when light hits the varnish.
Assembly
Presentation folders are supplied flat with interlocking pockets or with double sided tape applied, for easy assembly at time of use. Alternatively, if you don’t have the time to assemble the presentation folders, they can be supplied fully assembled for a small fee.
Business card slots
Business card slots can be supplied in all A4 printed folders, either on the vertical or horizontal flaps, so you’ll always have a business card to hand. Feel free to ask for our advice for the best placement for your slots.
